Morphable Apps
This concept lets you clone an existing Morph application, including its requirements, system design, and sprint history, into your account with one click.
What Are Morphable Apps?
Morphable Apps are shareable, one-click templates built on Morph, letting anyone launch a working application instantly.
Every Morphable App is a real, previously built application. When someone clicks "Morph This App" on any Morphable App page, Morph creates a personal copy in their account, ready to use as-is or customize further.
Types of Morphable Apps
There are two ways Morphable Apps get created:
Morph-published templates. Pre-built applications for common use cases that Morph maintains as starting points.
User-published apps. Applications our users build themselves that can be converted into a shareable Morphable App that others can build on.
Using a Morphable App
When you open a Morphable App page, you'll see the app name, a preview of the final application, and the steps Morph took to build it: requirements, system design, and development sprints.
To use it:
Click “Morph This App” on the landing page.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Confirm to proceed. Morph will begin copying the project into your account.
You will be routed to your new project page, where the full sprint history from the original app is already present and marked as completed.
From your project page, you have additional options to take the app further:
Add Requirements to evolve the app with new features or changes. Morph will run new sprints on top of the existing build.
Publish as Morphable App to share your version with others, either as-is or after you have customized it.
The copy is fully yours. Any changes you make do not affect the original template and are private.
Publishing Your App as a Morphable App
If you have built an application in Morph and want to share it, you can convert it into a Morphable App directly from your project page.
Open the project in your dashboard.
Click “Publish as Morphable App”.
Morph generates a public landing page for your app, including the build process and a live preview.
Share the link with others
This is useful for sharing internal tools with teammates, publishing demos to prospects, or contributing reusable templates to the broader product community.
